Screen Printing
Best for big runs, few colors
The classic. Ink is pushed through a stencil onto the shirt, one color at a time. It looks and feels right, it lasts, and the price per shirt keeps dropping the more you order.

- Bold, opaque color on light or dark shirts
- Ideal for teams, staff and events
DTF Printing
Best for small runs & fine detail
Direct To Film. We print your artwork on film, add a powder adhesive, then heat press it onto the item. It sticks to almost any fabric and any color, cotton included.
- Full color, photo-level detail
- No minimum — one shirt is fine
- Works on cotton, blends and darks
Sublimation
Best for all-over, edge-to-edge prints
Heat turns the ink into a gas that soaks into the fabric, so the design becomes part of the shirt. You can't feel it, and it will not crack or peel.
- Zero hand-feel — nothing sits on top
- Great for jerseys and full-coverage art
- Works best on light polyester
Embroidery
Best for hats, polos & jackets
Your design is stitched into the fabric with thread instead of printed on it. It reads as premium the second someone picks it up, and it outlasts just about everything.
- Top choice for uniforms and corporate wear
- Extremely durable — survives the wash
- Best with logos and text, not fine photos
Custom Patches
Best for a bold, raised look
Made separately — embroidered or printed — then attached with heat, stitching or velcro. Some can even move between items, which crews and clubs love.
