Our print methods

Three ways we lay down color

Each one has a job it does better than the others. Tap the i on any card and Bill the Cat will explain it out loud.

DTF — Direct To Film

Best for detail, color and short runs

We print your artwork onto film, add a powder adhesive, then heat press it onto the item. It grabs almost any fabric and any color, cotton included, and the colors stay loud.

  • Photo-level detail and unlimited colors
  • No minimum — a single piece is fine
  • Great on darks, blends and odd fabrics

Screen Printing

Best for volume with a few colors

Ink pushed through a stencil, one color at a time. The classic method, and still the best value once the quantity climbs. Thick, opaque, built to survive the laundry.

  • Price per piece drops as you order more
  • Punchy, opaque color on dark garments
  • The workhorse for teams and events

Sublimation

Best for all-over, permanent color

Heat turns the ink into a gas that soaks into the material, so the design becomes part of it. Nothing sits on the surface, so there's nothing to crack, peel or fade off.

  • Edge-to-edge, full-bleed designs
  • Zero hand-feel on fabric
  • Best on light-colored polyester and coated blanks

Artwork

Send what you've got — we'll handle the rest

You don't need to be a designer to order printing. You just need an idea and a deadline.

Files we love

Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG or JPG gives the crispest print. Bigger is always better than bigger-later.

Files we can still work with

A logo pulled off your website, a screenshot, a photo of an old shirt. We'll clean it up or redraw it so it prints sharp instead of fuzzy.

No artwork at all?

Tell us the vibe and we'll design it. Design help comes with the job — it isn't a separate project you have to go shop for.

Always a proof first

You see it before we print it. Nothing goes on press, film or vinyl until you've signed off on the layout.

How ordering works

Four steps, no runaround

Tell us the job

What item, how many, how many colors, and when you need it in hand.

We quote it

An honest price plus the method we'd recommend and the reason why.

Approve the proof

We prep your art and send a layout. Nothing prints until you say go.

Pick up or ship

Collect it in Lantana or West Palm Beach, or we'll ship it to you.

Questions

Printing FAQ

What can you print on?
Apparel, hats and bags, banners and yard signs, business cards, roll-up banners, koozies, car magnets, stickers and promo items. If you're not sure your item will take a print, call (561) 662-2273 and describe it — we'll tell you straight.
What file format should I send?
Whatever you have — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG or JPG. Vector art or a high-resolution file prints sharpest. If all you've got is a small logo off a website, we'll rebuild it print-ready.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Any run, big or small. Short runs are usually best on DTF; larger batches get cheaper per piece on screen printing.
How long does printing take?
Most jobs finish in a couple of days, and rush service is available — shirts in as little as an hour when the schedule allows. Give us your deadline first and we'll confirm what's realistic before you commit.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not when the method matches the material. Sublimation dyes the fabric itself so there's nothing to crack, DTF and screen prints hold up wash after wash, and anything headed outdoors gets printed on material rated for sun and rain.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Send your color codes and we'll get as close as the method allows. Screen printing mixes to spot colors; DTF and sublimation are full-color processes, so we'll tell you up front if a shade is going to shift.
